Aquilina Demetriadi

Aquilina Demetriadi graduated in Law from the University of Manchester in 2010 and went on to complete her LLM in International Business, Corporate and Maritime Law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. 

She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar and became a qualified lawyer in 2012. She also holds a PG Diploma in International Dispute Resolution (Arbitration), which she obtained from the Queen Mary, University of London in 2013.
 
Prior to joining Tassos Papadopoulos & Associates LLC in May 2018, Aquilina has been working as a corporate lawyer in one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Cyprus.
Aquilina focuses in the areas of corporate and commercial law, competition law and intellectual property law.  She has extensive experience in corporate and debt restructurings at both a local as well as multi-jurisdictional level.
 
Aquilina’s legal knowledge and experience expands to the field of regulated financial services and she is a member of the firm’s team assisting regulated entities in the area of financial services on a wide spectrum of matters from the licensing stages to post-licencing obligations.
